Maybe more than any other discipline, writing education and training materials demands clarity and organization. Any required learning must have the goal to educate employees and students as fairly and efficiently as possible by removing any potential obstacles to the learning process. Training materials need to be refined so that there is a natural flow from topic to topic and reinforces key principles and concepts.
